EpicWorlds.app (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides creator-friendly tools for tabletop roleplaying games. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

• Account info: email, display name, authentication IDs. Passwords (if any) are handled by our auth provider and are not stored in plain text.
• User content: campaigns, scenes, maps, images, character data, tokens, rules notes, and other materials you upload or create.
• Usage & device data: basic log data (IP address, timestamps, pages/features used), device/browser info, and diagnostics to keep the service secure and reliable.
• Support messages: any messages you send us (email or in-app forms).
• Optional integrations: if you choose OAuth sign-in, we receive the identity data the provider shares (e.g., email, name).
• Payments (if enabled): processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the app and its features.
• Authenticate users, secure the platform, and prevent abuse.
• Host, render, and back up your content at your direction.
• Respond to support requests.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Data retention

We retain account and content data while your account is active. Backups and logs are kept for limited periods for security and reliability. When you delete content or your account, we remove active copies and then remove any residual copies from backups within a reasonable period.

International transfers

We may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) provided by our vendors to protect your information.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data. No online service can be 100% secure, and you use EpicWorlds.app at your own risk.

Children’s privacy

EpicWorlds.app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites or content. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
